Globalburg Infotech Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “Company”) operates the mobile application Zimplayer (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Zimplayer does not require an account or registration. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data (such as name, email, or phone number) to our servers. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third‑party trackers that collect personal information.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All data you create in the App (playlists, albums, and related settings) is stored only on your device using the app’s local storage. This data is not sent to us or to any third party. You can delete this data by uninstalling the App or clearing the app’s data in your device settings.

3. Permissions and How We Use Them

The App may request the following permissions. We use them only for the stated purposes:

Photo / Media Library (read): To let you add photos and videos from your gallery into playlists and to choose images (e.g. album covers).
Photo / Media Library (save): To save screenshots or other content to your photo library when you use a “save” or similar feature in the App.
Files / Storage: To let you pick media files (e.g. audio, video, images) from your device to add to playlists, and to import/export playlist files (e.g. JSON).

We do not read, upload, or share your media files or library content with our servers or third parties. Access is used only to display and play content within the App on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App is built using standard mobile development frameworks (e.g. Expo). Your use of the device (e.g. app store updates, OS services) is subject to the respective platform’s (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.) privacy policies. We do not integrate third‑party analytics, ads, or social login that collect your personal information.

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require registration or submission of personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will address it.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. For material changes, we may notify you via the App or the app store listing.
