We are open 24/7 for members with key fob access. Staffed hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends.

Yes! We offer a one-time free day pass for local residents. Members on the Pro and Elite plans also get monthly guest passes to bring friends.

Absolutely. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year for medical or travel reasons with a 7-day notice.

Our Pro plan includes one session per month, and the Elite plan offers unlimited personal training. You can also purchase individual sessions separately.
