The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our Corporate Law & Advisory practice. The successful candidate will be integral to managing complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and corporate governance matters. You will be responsible for preparing critical legal documents, maintaining corporate records, and assisting attorneys in all phases of sophisticated corporate work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm or in-house legal department.
- Extensive experience with M&A transactions, corporate formations, and maintaining corporate minute books.
