The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our Corporate Law & Advisory practice. The successful candidate will be integral to managing complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and corporate governance matters. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
